The first step in our 5-4-3-2-1 process is the 5-point brief.
This is where we ask you lots of questions to ensure we are armed with all the information we need to attract and deliver the right candidates to your requirements. We'll also establish the critical path to ensure we all stay on track.

4 Week Search, Attract & Assess
Many of the people we place into new roles are people we already know, but most of the time we are finding new experts for our clients vacancy.
​Our 4 week Search, Attract & Assess ensures we speak to as many people as possible about your opportunity.
Of course, we may present your shortlist before the 4 weeks are up.
3 Candidates Presented
Traditional marketing is about attracting as many "potential buyers" as possible. Recruiting, on the other hand only requires one "buyer" per vacancy.
​​​Our aim is to present to 3 Candidate CV's to you, to provide choice & comparison.


2 Candidates Interviewed
We don't have internal KPIs telling us we must send X number of CV's to you per week. Instead we focus on accuracy to your requirements and measure the ratio of CV's Sent to Second Interview as this is the best indicator that we are getting it right.
Our typical performance since opening for business in 2019 has seen around 80% of the candidates we've represented reach the final interview stage.​

You set out to hire someone, and you've now found them.
We'll help you through the offer stage to ensure both parties are satisfied, and continue to support with on-boarding your new colleague.
On some occasions, the company has made offers to more than one of the candidates they interviewed through us.


Talent Previews
Talent Previews are a great way for you to discover candidates that have recently engaged with us with the aim of finding a better job.
You can filter for those seeking Contractor roles or Permanent employment, and you can filter by specialism such as Embedded Software, Electronics Hardware, Systems etc...
